Digital HeadQuarters is based on Microsoft’s architecture Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. All of the features in WSS are available in DHQ including some more Delphi has created especially for law enforcement agencies.

The biggest feature of DHQ is easy agency management. With this one piece of software you can manage: digital roll call, training and course sign ups, policy review and sign off tracking, on call calendar, court calendar, and other department resources like shared conference rooms, contact lists, announcements, inventory, help desk and more.

Digital roll call in DHQ has revolutionized roll call for every agency it’s been installed in. Gone are the days of black and white photo copies of suspects, a few screen shots from a surveillance video and everyone listening around a handheld audio recorder. Digital HeadQuarters brings your department's roll call to life with high resolution high color images of suspects, police reports, streaming video from surveillance, and audio playback all from one screen. With DHQ, the complete roll call experience can be available to your mobiles in cruisers or even handhelds.

Course Sign up

In one click, your officers can sign themselves up, on a first come first serve basis, to any of your available courses. DHQ’s course sign up allows your training managers to post a course with options like a start and end date, description, attach course materials and specify an attendance limit. Officers can view the course information, download any attached materials, and view who else is in the course, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Policy Sign Off

Like most agencies, yours probably requires that your officers read new policies, guidelines or general orders. After reading you need to track who has read it and when; who has signed off on reading the new materials. DHQ’s policy sign off functionality handles this in a just two clicks for the officer. The list of documents to be reviewed is presented to the officer, one click to open the document, another click to sign off on the document. Command staff and supervisors can view a report of who has signed off on each policy and when.

Send Notifications

Every list and library has the option to send alerts when items are added or modified. In addition to these alerts, users can push out email notifications. Using your existing data, the email can be formatted using your fields and sent to anyone with an email address. Also includes read receipts!

 

On Call Calendar

It’s 2 am and your dispatcher is scouring the office looking for the number to the on call tow company for a car accident. On the home page of Digital HeadQuarters is the on call calendar. A single view is displayed to show the name and number of your current on call tow, detective, judge, canine; whoever you need.

Court Calendar

The court calendar allows your supervisors to assign court to officers in a few clicks. When assigned, the officer receives an email immediately notifying them of all of the information from the court calendar entry. Optional Read Receipt allows the poster to know if an email has been read.
